Had the absolute BEST customer service! The cashier helped get us the biggest discounts. When the order came out, there was a... miscommunication and they not only fixed it but gave us extra. ?Zack? was the gentleman who brought our food out and made thecorrection. I work with special needs adults. We recently went to the Dickson, TN Pizza Hut and had an incredible experience! The whole... team at this store was so welcoming and kind to my clients. The store manager, Tracy, came out and greeted each person in thedining room and was unbelievably sweet to them. Often times when we are out in the community, the demographic I work with isnot always made to feel like welcomed. I truly appreciate the genuine heart this store showed our group! I love this Pizza Hut. We have ordered carry out from here 3 times in the past month. When I go to pick it up, it is always hot.... The pizza is always exactly what we ordered and it looks and smells amazing. The staff is friendly and kind. Josie is alwayshappy and smiling and she ALWAYS ensures my happiness before my leaving. The order process online is always seemless and user friendly. My order was a carry-out order, and my pizza was quoted to be... ready in a reasonable amount of time. I was impressed to see it be ready in that time frame. The cashier/teammember/attendant that handled my transaction when I arrived very courteous. We had a pleasant chat that lasted from the pointof contact until I was driving away with my pizza. I was thankful to be leaving feeling positive about the entire process. Read more
I was in the mood for pasta. Not many options in town so I checked out Pizza Hut. I ordered online and the food was just coming... out of the oven when I arrived. I couldn?t finish the amount of food and for $8.99 I feel like this is one of the best valuesaround these days. Even a sub sandwich is that much. Heck I paid almost $10 for a McDonald?s burger the other day. There was alarge pasta bowl with meats and plenty of cheese. Then 4 (or maybe 5) large garlic breadsticks. In todays world, $9 won?t getyou much. But this pasta bowl was delicious, and the best value I?ve gotten in a long time. Thanks Pizza Hut!
