My experience here was EXTREMELY horrible and unprofessional as well as disgusting. I came to the speaker and everyone was busy... laughing and talking. I got to the window and asked if my drink could be remade with no ice in it after I realized it was fullof ice and halfway filled with Mt dew. She took my cup back through the window and took the lid off and let the Mt dew run downher hand into a new cup in attempt to catch the ice RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. Appalled, I called to speak to a manager twice with noanswer and then called corporate as I already didn't have enough time on my 30 minute lunch. These guys deserve my props!! So I came (around 830pm) specifically because my oldest little girl wanted a chicken pot pie and... my smallest little girl wanted Mac & Cheese. To our great dismay, they had completely sold out of chicken pot pie and the macwas going to be a wait. That?s okay, I can?t double fail as daddy so I?ll wait. The guys in the restaurant were super kind andapologetic got it out as fast as possible. I wasn?t upset, it is what it is and it was close to closing. But what to my greatsurprise did I discover?!?! These guys hooked me up with a ton of extra chicken and cookies as a way to make it up to me and mylittle girls!! Thanks so much guys!!! That?s the way to do it!!!!! I haven't been to KFC in years!!! So my wife and I decide let's try KFC it's been a long time. Looked at the prices couldn't... believe it we turned around and walked back out. 2 days later my wife said she's seen a commercial that they had $5 bowls. Soshe got 2. I was impressed it was very good and Like and 10 bucks for the 2 of us I know that it's more mashed potatoes and cornthat it is chicken but it's worth the 5 bucks. Read more
Ordered chicken breast but got a chicken back. Ordered 4 Chrispy wings, they were dried out, cooked to long. Pop pies were ok.... Overall terrible quality. Used to be the best. Now like the quality of most fast food places in this country terrible. Read more
Chicken was over done just not appealing. Service, there wasn't any. We said dine in and the hand you two boxes in a bag. Maybe... that's a thing now. My wife went back to the counter for ketchup and barbecue sauce, and literally had to tell 'hello' afterstanding there several minutes. The Colonel would not be happy. Read more
I had the below issues awhile back and decided to give KFC another try. Again I was disappointed. Red meat inside the chicken. I... ordered original and got 2 original and one crispy without being told that was what they were giving me. I asked for dark meatand got both white and dark meat. KFC use to be the best chicken in Dickson. What is going on with them? Ordered chickenyesterday for dinner and got home and had 5 thighs instead of the normal 8pcs. Wasn't told they were giving me all those thighsand the chicken was dry and red on the inside. Very, very disappointed for the price. They used to have good fresh chicken. Worst KFC experience ever. Got the original 10pc meal. Overcooked, Old, and they threw it in the grease when ordered to warm... it-it was the inly thing hot in our order since they re-dipped it. When we pulled it out of the bucket it dripped grease. Neverseen the original chicken so nasty. When i opened up a chicken breast, the meat was like rubber and hard. Our slaw and mac ncheese-only 1 cup in each "Large Family size".Per KFC guidelines, each Large Family size should be 422 grams which is equal toalmost 4 cups- only one close to correct was amt of potatoes though and gravy to the rim. Definitely isnt even 2 cups ofcoleslaw or mac. Biscuits were hard and cold like they were old and on the counter. Only reason i went here was because myhusband was craving some good ol KFC....but we were disappointed.Next time i will go to a better KFC location even if i have todrive a bit ,it would be worth it. Gave 1 star for my Pepsi and the prepackaged chocolate chip cookies that came with it. I wontgo to this location ever again, just waaayyy disgusting. Read more
