I asked what syrups they have because Starbucks has been out of some for a while and the drive through person sighed. I worked... for sb in the past and a lot wasn?t done per standard. Let's start with how clean the place was I walked in and the lobby was CLEAN! no trash near or any table. The employees were... friendly and very nice to me. My order took less than 5 minutes and they were busy so that's saying a lot. When I got my drinkit was a bit overflowed.....LOVED IT. I was also observing how they gave updates to anyone who was coming in to pick up theirmobile drink, I think personally they were especially accurate about it. I noticed one customer was being I guess rude and theemployee just kept smiling and saying "yes ma'am " so good job on just keeping good vibes. Dont let anybody ruin your day orvibes. Read more
Well made coffee. Our order came other quick at first but we realized we got a wrong drink. They made a replacement as quick as... possible. We got to keep the incorrect drink... This is the second order that we get wrong. Last order was daughter had to go back because she was given just a cup of warm milk... when she had ordered hot chocolate. This time, I was given an insipid cup of coffee with what it looks like maybe a splash ofsomething when I?ve ordered white mocha syrup, whipped cream with mocha drizzle and cinnamon powder. I also ordered a bacon,Gouda and egg sandwich and was missing the cheese. I added my own cheese which wasn?t exactly what I wanted to do. Read more
