The food is good when it's not old, cold, and your order is correct. We go here frequently and have had several incorrect orders... and missing items. This is an extremely slow restaurant both drive thru and inside, and do not expect a correct order. Customerservice is non-existent. Update: went again and you guessed it, an incorrect order as well as less chicken than what we paidfor. They just had to count to 10 and that would have been at least the right amount of chicken. This store could definitely benefit from a visit from the "Undercover Boss"! I Love Popeyes Chicken, just not this one... location. I was so excited when they opened up several years ago and kept giving them the benefit of the doubt that they wouldimprove as time went by. However, I don't feel as if the owner is committed to this store because there has been no improvementwhatsoever. It is as if they have had no training at all in any area of the fast food industry, especially with customerservice, and there is no consistency as far as upholding the same standards with the other Popeyes franchises. This Popeyes iscompletely unorganized, and, has been from the beginning. They either cook too much so you receive old, stale chicken, most ofthe time it's not the recipe or pieces you asked for or they don't cook enough so you have to wait 20 minutes, sometimes longer,for your order, again not getting what you ordered. Even when you use the app to pick it up, they don't have it ready and/orgive you what you ordered. They are constantly out of ingredients such as sauces, sides, particular cuts of chicken andseasonings, such as breast, thighs, even strips, regular or spicy, and so on. Ordered online using app. Drove 10 minutes. Then went in. After 5 minutes standing there...only 2 other customers...they did not... acknowledge my presence. I went to drive thru to tell them I was there....no one at the speaker...they were not real busy. Wentback inside. They never got the order. I had to wait for them to put order together starting now. Then she kept asking me toshow receipt Got order wrong. Had to show her again. Then she wants to say please no bad review, cause she was nice. Haha.. wellperhaps...but my experience sucked. I ordered the "2 can dine" 5 pc for $11.99, from the drive through. I got home, ready for my dinner and found 2 legs and a... basket of fries. I had to call twice before anyone answered. Explained the situation and was told they do not deliver so I wouldhave to drive 7 miles back to the restaurant, in 5 o'clock traffic. Was offered 2 apple pies and a drink to compensate. So I place the first half of my order and she gives me my total, then we proceeded to tell her we have more to order then she... tell us or total for the whole order. She was rude the whole time. Then we waited 10 minutes for her to give us our drinks. Their food is usually good, but not once have I had an order that was correct. Yesterday again we ordered nuggets and tenders... and not one dipping sauce that we asked for was in the bag. The drink was horrible and we had to throw it out. Previously wehave been given someone else's order several times, and numerous times sides were wrong or not in the bag. Slowest drive through service ever. Slowest service! The woman at the drive through continuously says one moment please. 25... minutes from the speaker to the window and my order was wrong and we didn't get everything we ordered. *Update- drive throughhas gotten a little better, or the chicken sandwich makes the wait more tolerable. *Another update?
