Went to pick up an order for delivery. I came in and told them the order number and showed them my phone and they said wait a... minute and they'd get it. Keep in mind it already took me 15 minutes to get there after the order was placed. I stood there andwaited with one worker saying a bag was my order. Then as he finished taping it up he read the order numbers again and theydidn't match? It wasn't even that busy so I don't know how he got confused when I'd told him the number sevral times. Then themanager came over and said they didn't have my order? I repeated the address on my app and she said yeah but we don't have it?She offered absolutely no help after I'd been standing there waiting. If the store address is right and they seemed so sure theyhad the order when I came in then how do they suddenly not have the order? Why wouldn't she try to help me at all? She just kepttelling me they didn't have the order. I have the GPS on my phone up in the delivery app telling me exactly where the store ishow would I even have the wrong store? It was very strange and sketchy. I can't believe she wouldn't even look at their ordersto see what could have happened. She just wanted me to leave. I had to cancel the delivery and that hurts my ratings and makesme look bad when I'm already at the restaurant for it. I bet she tried to say I stole it or something after I left then took thefood herself. Mc Donald's is already one of the worst places to pick up from so I think after this experience I'll make sure notto take any pick ups from them ever again. Read more

This is one of my favorite fastfood places. The food is fresh. Fast and reasonably priced. The app rewards make treats even more... affordable. Ordering ahead is awesome. No real waiting time. I often beat the drive through. Try the app. It's worth it. Read more

Typically don't have an issue at this place till today when the manager decided that curbside can wait 20mins for their orders.... Then when confronted about it wants to act like they are busy while having 2 cars in the line. There was 4 orders on the screen.7+ workers. It's not busy and there's no reason for my order to take 20m with that amount of traffic flow. Mind you they hadalready marked my order as sent out because my app was saying I had received it so I couldn't even cancel the order and get mymoney back. Pathetic excuse of a manager. Thankfully the worker who over heard it all got my food out to me as quickly as shecould and I thank her for that. Read more
