Serive was a little long but food was made fresh young lady taking my order was very friendly manager as well she made sure the... food was made correctly I'm a regular and like my burgers made certain ways and she watched and made sure it was done GREAT customer service made my food just like I wanted maybe just less mayo but other then that I'd give it more stars if I could. The manager and staff did nothing but lolly-gag. They took forever preparing our food. My husband's burger was not cooked as he... had specified. They were out of sauces. The food was warm. It took them almost ten minutes to fix a soda and a cup of water.They have definitely declined. Read more

Waited in line for 25 minutes. When I got to the window a scruffy looking dirty looking guy took my money. I was thinking to... myself that I probably didn't want to eat anything that he made. I did sit there another 10 minutes to get the burger I had paidfor. When a girl open the window to hand me the bag the bottom was ripped open on the bottom so I had to hold onto the burgerfor it not to fall through. When doing so I felt something hard in the bag, it was the burger. I told the girl I didn't want theburger because the bun was hard. She looked at me and walked away. The scruffy guy came back and I explained to him that the bunwas hard and he asked "what do you want me to do?" I asked him if he saw the problem and he had the audacity to tell me that theBurger was fine. I asked him to give me my money back and asked for the owners number. He told me he didn't have it. I did getmy money back. He gave it to me and told me to have a nice day and close the window on me. I called to talk to the manager andit was the same guy named Josh that didn't care at the window. I again asked him for the owners number he again told me hedidn't have it, told me again to have a nice day and hung up on me.
