Serive was a little long but food was made fresh young lady taking my order was very friendly manager as well she made sure the... food was made correctly I'm a regular and like my burgers made certain ways and she watched and made sure it was done GREAT customer service made my food just like I wanted maybe just less mayo but other then that I'd give it more stars if I could. Waited in line for 25 minutes. When I got to the window a scruffy looking dirty looking guy took my money. I was thinking to... myself that I probably didn't want to eat anything that he made. I did sit there another 10 minutes to get the burger I had paidfor. When a girl open the window to hand me the bag the bottom was ripped open on the bottom so I had to hold onto the burgerfor it not to fall through. When doing so I felt something hard in the bag, it was the burger. I told the girl I didn't want theburger because the bun was hard. She looked at me and walked away. The scruffy guy came back and I explained to him that the bunwas hard and he asked "what do you want me to do?" I asked him if he saw the problem and he had the audacity to tell me that theBurger was fine. I asked him to give me my money back and asked for the owners number. He told me he didn't have it. I did getmy money back. He gave it to me and told me to have a nice day and close the window on me. I called to talk to the manager andit was the same guy named Josh that didn't care at the window. I again asked him for the owners number he again told me hedidn't have it, told me again to have a nice day and hung up on me. This guy needs to find another job and it doesn't need to bein the public That was the worst customer service that I have had in a long time. Read more
