Amazing customer service. I'm handicapped and use a cane so when I was leaving the store with hands full, the female employee... held the door open for me. Ive never had customer service like that. Ordered a chicken bacon articoke as a stuffed pizza and a 5 meat stuffed pizza. Baked the chx, bacon and artichoke one and it... was so salty we couldn?t eat it and took it back this morning. I was informed they usually don?t do that type of pizza in astuffed because of the seasoning on that one is salty?!? Great customer service is rare papa murphys has the best customer service that I've ever received

Tonight I ordered a pizza with no mushrooms, even clarified no mushrooms when they asked again what I had said. Had someone pick... up the pizza and when they got back it had mushrooms under the other toppings and not just a few but loaded. I can not evenscrape the mushrooms off and still eat it due to my allergy even thought I really shouldn't have to but if it wasn't serve Iwould have because Im not that petty but in this case Im not risking a trip to the ER. Tried calling 3 times no answer( musthave been too close to closing and didn't want to take any orders) and to top it off when I had ordered and hung up I literallytold myself well someone hates there job due to the attitude I got when ordering which didn't get to me but was definitelynoticed. When the pizzas are prepared correctly they are good! But the last two times that I have ordered they have gotten stuff wrong on... my pizzas. And at times customer service is to be desired! Read more

We were hungry Canadians from out of town staying at a hotel across the street. We walked from across the street and ordered a... Chicago style pizza which we were super excited about! BUT just a heads up for people from out of town, they don?t actually COOKthe pizza. So we had no way of cooking the pizza and ended up giving to the guy at the front desk and ordered Dominos :(. Thefront desk guy was juiced, but we were sad. Nothing wrong with the service. Just would have been nice to have a heads up knowingthat they don?t cook the pizza. We also should have maybe looked at the front sign a bit harder ?Papa Murphy?s take and bakepizza?. But I had just drank a monster energy drink and couldn?t focus on 1 thing for more than 5 seconds. These people are awesome! Helped us pick a good vegan option pizza. And even though they couldn't help us bake it, they helped... us find a place and when cheese accidentally got put on it, they replaced it with another. (: you guys are so awesome, keep itup.
