Waited at the counter for 6 minutes without any of the workers so much as acknowledging our presence. We ended up deciding to... not wait any longer. A simple, "we'll be with you shortly." Would have been nice. A gal with a child standing up at the countershared that she had been waiting a very long time for her order and she had only ordered Mac n' cheese and a biscuit.
