Requested a side of Mac & Cheese to substitute fries that already came with my sandwich. Other BWW locations up charge and only... costs a couple extra dollars more. I was charged the full price of $4.99. Politely asked server about this and bartender/managercame over to inform me they don?t ?up charge.? $2 wasn?t going to break my bank, but it would have been nice to be alerted ofthis prior to submitting the order. We waited minimum of 30 minutes for our appetizer and once we got it they were undercooked and cold. Then after our food finally... came another 30 minutes later the burgers were nearly raw and the wings were dry and freezing cold as well as our sides. Afterfurther inspection realized that all of the plates we?d been eating off or were unwashed. When we lifted up the paper on one ofthe plates, a bunch of OLD food from the previous meal that was served on them was remaining on the plate which they covered upwith the paper. Disappointing again. Our server was ok. 3 of the 7 meals came out cold. Beer was good. 1 of the sodas that were ordered came... out with "trash" in the cup. Photo attached. The last 3 times I have been here, it has disappointed, more each time. I willnot go back. Read more
The burgers were great, and the service was bad. Nobody seated us, we stood for ten minutes as workers walked by. We asked one... to seat us. Next we sat in the booth for another ten to fifteen minutes as the servers walked by us. We stopped one and askedher to take our order, she said she will get the manager. After all that a server took our order. We didn't feel welcome. Iguess good help who care are hard to find. Read more
Worst dining experience I?ve had in quite a while. First we show up and stand by the podium for EVER to be seated. We finally... get seated by a girl wearing her pajamas. Our waitress took our order, and I ordered the house beer. She came back and told methe keg was frozen. So then I order Busch light. She comes back forever later and says it?s frozen. Then I order Kona Big Wave.She comes back along time after and says it?s frozen. So then I?m like ?can you just give me whatever isn?t frozen??. Then shebrings us our food and not my beer. So I say ?you know what. If every beer is frozen I?ll take a hibiscus margarita.? She said?let me check on that beer?. Then a DIFFERENT waitress brings me my beer. Didn?t tell me what kind it was. I?m guessing Budlight. Then I get 2 ranches instead of ranch and blue cheese. And I get Zero silverware. I ask a different waitress for somesince ours never came back. She said ?yea.? And NEVER gave me any. The wings were so tough I couldn?t even finish them. Then ourwaitress returns and is like ?how is everything?? After we?re done. I said ?can I get the check? We paid cash and should havereceived 52.50 in change. She comes back with $52 Even and no receipt. I know it?s just 50 cents. Fine. I placed an order online and it didn?t give me an option for well done so I called the location and told them the name on the... order and to make it well done. They assured me they would make sure it was well done. When we got home and opened the order itwas not well done at all. When my husband took a bite out of his wing the inside was bloody!! I spoke with the manager and hesaid the wings are bigger so it might just have the appearance that it isn?t done. I then explained that I know what raw chickenlooks like and this chicken looks like a salmonella case waiting to happen!!! The manager was very accommodating when wereturned and made our order again and gave us a credit. That is the only reason why I gave more stars !! Read more
Great food and appetizers. Drinks were kept up and waitress was attentive but not over bearing. Appetizers down are loaded... fries and pretzels knots with beer cheese and honey mustard sauce. Read more
My husband and I came in on a Tuesday night when there were few customers. No one was at the podium to greet us and we had to... wait for over 5 minutes (no one else was being seated or waiting at the time) before someone was sent to seat us. Waited another15 minutes and no one even came to take our drink order. We have no idea who our server even was. I could understand it if therestaurant was busy, but it was not at all. My husband said he could see staffers standing around talking in the back but no onewas on the floor. We left before we ordered anything. No one cared. Went to Pizza Hut instead. Read more
