Got only a drop of cheese on our beef and cheddar sandwiches. Showed this to them and the lady seriously told us that they can... only give one squeeze of cheese per sandwich and if it?s not enough, oh well. We got charged for extra cheese to make it right.Not impressed Read more

I ordered a beef and Swiss like I have for years. I got a beef sandwich on wheat bread with lettuce and tomato. We went back... through the drive through said it was the wrong sandwich they then gave me the exact sandwich again. They were not very niceabout it. Very disappointed. The kid who took my order was great, same with the guy who bagged my order. Where the problem was, the Management. I don't know... if she was angry because she was working in the kitchen or what it was but I've never had a issue at any of the other fast foodplaces. The guy bagging was more then happy to give me a handful of packets of mayo, but with curly fries I enjoy dipping themin mayo. With two large orders a good amount of mayo is needed, the amount that packets wouldn't work for. So I asked for asmall soup cup full of mayo from the kitchen, the manager did a Blige with a small squirt in the cup and the told her employeeto tell me that's all your getting, "deal with it". Now I'm not above paying for the cup of mayo. But instead of saying that,she was discoutious and not very service oriented. Oh well, I won't return there. Read more
