This is hands down THE worst Taco Bell that I've ever been to... the first time I went, I walked out due to the young man behind... the counter having horrible customer service... he was completely rude to the lady and her daughter in front of me and I wasn'tabout to allow him to treat me the same way... fast forward to today, Oct. 1, 2022... I went back thinking that it could be atotally different crew working only to find that this crew was much worse... no atmosphere, quiet as a library in there... I hadto use the counter instead of the kiosk because I was paying in cash... I ordered an XXL steak, grilled cheese burrito and asoft taco supreme... When I pulled my money out the girl that was taking my order literally asked me for ten dollars... I didn'tgive it to her... After she closed the register drawer she disappeared and didn't come back until the other employee, older ladywith glasses, was calling the wrong name repeatedly... as I was walking up to the counter to get my order, the same girl tossedmy bag onto the counter from about five feet away... Then I asked the lady with glasses if I could have some hot sauce and shesnapped at me saying "it's out there" with the rudest tone... To make matters worse, I get back to work, opened my bag only tofind that it wasn't my order at all... needless to say I won't ever step foot in that location again... Read more
Avoid this location at all costs. This used to be one of best Taco Bell locations on the coast but over the last few years it... really went down hill. The night shift staff in particular is absolutely terrible right now. Food is never made correctly.Popular items are out of stock. Phones are never answered. Delivery drivers are waiting up to 30 minutes for food. Staff is justgenerally rude and unhelpful. I watched the night "manager" actually threaten a customer because she acknowledged howunprofessional he was being instead of resolving her complaint. I trained here as a cashier in 2018 so I know how things aresupposed to run. There are really no excuses other than poor management. Read more
About an hour ago (around 9 pm) I ordered three crunchy tacos & a steak quesadilla. The steak quesadilla was good but the taco... shells tasted like someone sprayed them with cleaning products and they tasted old. ???? Never going here again. Read more
Cold food doesn't even begin my argument as to why this Taco Bell has gone so far down hill. The tortilla on my tacos WERE NOT... EVEN COOKED. No brown cook marks and my tortilla tasted doughy. Another one I had, the tortilla was crumbling apart so bad Icouldn't even pick up my soft taco. It fell apart like Thanos snapping away the damn thing. Temperature of meat should not be 68degrees. It was COLD. They all were. Food health inspectors need to be involved. It was crazy bad. Read more
