So sad that all entree's we're cold when theu came out, except for the two scallops I had for an appetizer. After craving some... Lobster Macaroni for sometime, they failed to satisfy my taste buds. The Florida Grouper was dry and cold also. I've been toScarletts twice and each time the French Onion Soup came out below luke warm temperature. One of my dinner parties steak cameout juicy and HOT. I told the manager that the fish should of been the last thing cooked and that could of been done while thesteak breathes (I do watch Gorden Ramsey). He agreed and said they are going through some trial and errors at the moment. Iresponded so I'm like a Lab Rat during your experimental period just as I am with dysfunctional women on the dating sites. Helaughed and I said it's not funny, you have no clue. There are three of us here, I have two tickets for tonight's Jay Leno Showand I'm flying solo. I would of thought they would of comped my two Scallops and drink.. Read more

My partner and I dined here for our date night. We ordered the mussels, blue crab salad, flounder en papillote, and the... scallops. The food was very good and the staff were very professional and attentive. They charge Las Vegas prices so be preparedto open your wallet but overall it was a very good experience in a city without many fine dining options. We will absolutely beback to try some of their other offerings. Read more
While staying at the Scarlet Pearl I was able to enjoy the Sunday Jazz Brunch. The staff was friendly and helpful. My waiter... was very attentive and made sure everything was as I wanted it. There were great menu options. I chose the Deep Fried, BananaStuffed French Toast, It was filled with Nutella and was absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed the original Bloody Mary andthey spiced it just like I like it. The whole experience was divine. Read more
Beautiful restaurant. They bring a bread basket. The kind I dream about. 6 different items. Service is 5 star. We had the BBQ... Shrimp for app. Very good but I?ll try the crab cakes next time.
