Placed order at 9:52, paid and was told to park in curbside with no explanation. Waited 20 minutes and went inside and told them... i had been waiting 20 minutes and was told they were waiting on eggs - waited another 10 minutes and was given food looked likeit was thrown in bag. If I had the choice to choose 0 I would have. Service was a 20 minute wait. When I got home I only had half of my order. And... that was cold. I loved the McRib. What I got was charred meat with a burnt flavor. I hadn't been to McDonald's in 2 years andnow I have the excuse I need to stay away for another 10 years Read more
This is the worse McDonald's ever! The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it was clean. I had to bring back my food... because it was cold. I ask for my food to be cooked well and they said" it's already well". And didn't cook it the way I ask.Gave it to me anyways. They didn't give me my drink I drove off and realized not only was it not cooked well, it was cold andthe fries were mushy. The one on cedar lake or Cowan and Lorraine is worth the extra drive. I will not be going back. I wasgonna give them 1 more try but this was the 3 rd chance I gave them and every time I had to go back. Read more

What was the point of me pulling up and waiting for my food if i was just going to get recooked fries and a old fish sandwich.... The staff is really nice but the way the food is be prepared is not good. Its been like this the last few times I've been and ijust thought it was because yall are short handed but, that is not the case. USED GLOVE in daughter's Happy Meal!! Would rate this rat nest ZERO STARS if I could! This place has been a disaster for... months... long lines, incorrect orders, RUDE STAFF, the works! But THIS (see photos) is the straw that broke my family'sback... a USED GLOVE in my daughter's Happy Meal. Not only is this disgusting as all Hell, this is a health code violation. Giving them a second chance, I ordered via kiosk, it was out of paper. Guy took order at register after me, was more worried... about getting hers than looking at screen. Bagged mine, looking bewildered, finally got fries, and set back in bagging area.Then concentrating on the lady after me, he set bag down and someone picked it up by mistake. He spent a good 3 minutessearching for it, fries in hand, asking "Who picked up my bag?" Finally I asked if I could have my food, which he gave me.Grease definitely needs changed, food was cold!!!
