Hands down the Pho Champion. I have tried many restaurants in the Gulf Coast area, Chopstx is by far the best at making this... item on the Gulf Coast. It?s the smallest place with the biggest heart????Lol Staff is super friendly. Seriously, it is mysecond time ordering here, the first pho I order like 2 months ago and it was awesome. Like most restaurants, quality isn?t asconsistent as you want it be. So I was very surprised this order was the freshest ever. I tried the vegetarian Pho and it was onpoint. Vegetables super fresh and crispy even when I poured in the pho broth. I had to use a really big bowl for this one lol.The veggies with the noodles weighed at least 2 lbs maybe more. Staying at SCARLET Pearl and stopped in here for lunch. It was not busy. We sat at the counter near cooking area so we could... watch. The staff were nice...both our waitress and cook. Ordered the fried egg rolls....I didn't care for them but my husbandliked them. We also ordered the chicken banhmi sandwich but received a pork sandwich. It had cucumber, pork, cilantro on Frenchbanguette....it was just ok for me. I didn't care for pork. I had tea to drink my husband sprite. Prices reasonable. It wasbusier during the evening hours. Pho restaurant, if you want pho its good, if you are looking for Chinese restaurants its not. Definitely Vietnamese... restaurant, small selection, but everything taste authentic .
