A pretty nice location of Chicken Salad Chick. It's clean and well kept (even the bathroom). The staff is friendly and checks in... on you. The chicken salad croissant sandwich was as expected. It's good to know that between this location and Gulfport, theykeep consistency. A good place to visit if you need a quick meal and you enjoy all different varieties of chicken salad! Read more

A delightful restaurant offering salads, sandwiches, soups and desserts. The dining area is spacious and well decorated. The... service is fast and friendly. I had the pimento cheese and chicken salad with a diet Coke. My husband had the turkey pestosandwich with a bowl of loaded baked potato soup. The portion sizes are generous and our meal was served with plenty of crackersand a lemon shortbread cookie (a nice touch!). The place was not busy and we enjoyed our meal. Read more
The restaurant is in a great location of the shopping center, not easy to spot from the street, however within the parking lot... it's vibrant and bold letter signs is easily spotted. Being that it is in the shopping center there I plenty of parking. When Ifirst walked in there was a long line. So I was a little worried about the wait. However the efficiency of ordering between thetwo cashier's and the kitchen prep were outstanding!! Before I knew it I was ordering . Aly was my cashier handled business andalso made it a more homely experience by complimenting my shirt (DBZ). I have to give kudos to the kitchen as well I waitedApproximately 8 mins after my order to get my order to go. The overall appearance of the restaurant was awesome! Sort of apicnic backyard feel too it. Very clean! Staff overall was great!! I will most likely dine in next time! Reasonably priced!!! Iordered the Classic Carol Chicken salad BLT with a side of Mac n Cheese. I was so hungry when I went I forgot to take a photo ofthe food. I had my first experience today at the Chicken Salad Chick and it was a very good one. It is a new business in the D'Iberville... Promenade. The atmosphere is very "chicky" and is a true representation of the business logo. It did not take long to make myorder and it came out very quickly. I had the Spicy Pimento Cheese Club and I was very happy with it. They offer catering,convenient already made to go salads, online ordering, and even have an app to build up to free food and other bonuses. It lacksthe "fast food" feel and everything seems to be in the "healthy" realm (at least compared to all the major fast food places).All in all my experience was very pleasureable and I will be returning to try out some more menu items. Food is about the only thing good here. Management can't handle customer complaints on their own they have to call their mommy... to call customers mommy. Don't upcharge $2 if you aren't giving the customer more food. When you sit there and say it's $2 for abowl but it's literally the same amount in a cup then its not a bowl and not worth a $2 upcharge. It's a scam and the way it washandled is unprofessional.
