Day before Mother's Day, so it was a bit busy Sign posted limiting it to 10 customers. They had about 4 employees but all were... not assisting customers..Maybe 2 at the registers. When it was my turn the lady had trouble getting her gloves on. Then I wantedall white chocolates. She made recommendations and filled the box. Just wish it could have been a bit quicker. Read more
Rude! Inept excuses! The assistant Manager came out of the back room and engaged an elderly lady behind me. During their... discussion the Assistant Manager proceeded to nudge me to move out of her way so that she could discuss / show some of theproducts to the customer. I was completely ignored and never acknowledged. She did not ask me to move, she didn't say high orhello. Just a nudge to move. As the two proceeded, it became clear that the assistant Manger was going to continue to help thislady first who was standing behind me. I protested and the Assistant Manager proceeded to tell me that she never saw me. Excuseme, but who did you nudge to move out of your way. If you're going to be rude and lie, please do a better job at it. Read more

Went in the night before Thanksgiving, and had a wonderful experience. Was greeted promptly with smiles and samples, and the... sweetest woman behind the counter Ray, had our back the entire time! She was very helpful snd extremely patient with my motherwho has difficulty with decisions (when theres so many good choices of course.)
