Dec1, 2022 at 7:20pm I wanted this location to improve so badly, but I was completely disappointed. I ordered three items, two... Chipotle grilled chicken was not grilled, cheese not melted, food was cold and dry, ingredients missing. There was no chicken orsauces, my ungrilled burritos, had chips, tomatoes, lettuce and unmelted cheese. I was the only customers, yet everyone wasavoiding me. I stood at the cash register looking at two employees at the window talking, he literally had his phone out andgirl just sipping her drink looking straight at with a nasty look. I smiled and thought to myself this is not their fault, it'sthe Owners and upper management faults, they failed these young employees. Do not waste your money in this location, Canes andChick-fil-A has the best customers service. Stay away from Popeyes, Wendy's, Burger King, Ralley and absolutely stay away fromthe KFC on Springtown if you don't want to get sick only dirty people eats at Ralleys and KFC..... I want to say, speed & service has increased since a few months ago, but there is still some work to be done here. We only... ordered from the Taco Bell menu at 6:00pm Sunday, October 2nd. The gentleman at the window was very nice & accommodating. Makingsure we got any hot sauce & a drink carrier. Where is went wrong is the food & drink prep. Our medium paper cup had a brokenseam on the side of the cup so it leaked the entire way home & got all over my lap. Your CO2 for drinks needs to be changed aswell as all the drinks were very flat. All our wrapped tacos were done very lazy and barley even covered the taco. But, eventhen all the hard shell tacos were smashed & broken. Lettuce was going bad as well it was soggy and turning brown. Hoping thisplace can keep improving! No missing items this time either. Months ago we swore to barley come here due to rude service on topof everything else. Just need help in the quality of food going out the window & this place will be golden! Read more

I wish this wasn't one of the few options in our town. Food is generally not fresh, and/or not made correctly. Food is soggy,... or stale depending on the dish. It is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone to address complaints. I am more surprisedwhen my food is made well, and correct, from this location. Food was made wrong, again. I shouldn't be disappointed orsurprised by this and yet I am. I dined in and they didn't get it right, I asked them why it didn't look like the picture ofthe food, and they told me the picture was wrong and the jalapenos were on the inside. When I was halfway through thejalapeno-less burrito I brought it up with the staff again. Their solution at that time was not to make my order correctly, butto hand me a side of jalapenos. Food and service have gone down hill last 3 times I've gone my burrito is rolled SIDEWAYS. So all the rice is at one end and the... meat is at the other. It's supposed to go down for equal bites. Even without training common sense should tell you which way toroll it. The Cinnabon delights have been stale and slightly warmed like they were put in a microwave after being frozen. If i could do 0 stars i would. And this is not for the quality of food. But for the management. Telling employees that they dont... have enough people to cover for breaks so they dont get breaks. Bullying them to switch shifts with someone else and in thatbullying saying "no breaks tonight" for that area that that would be working in. Also making the employee try to find areplacement or they get a write up if they cannot make it in due to health issues when it is the managers responsibility to finda replacement, and a managers responsibility to make sure EVERYONE gets a break. Most of who work there are teens and this istheir first job, this is not the place for a teen to be working with the way management is there.
