Normally a 5 star experience when we pass through. This time they were battling sugar ants on the table. The back of the booths... was grimy, as well as the floor wiping up black when I cleaned up after my kid. Just need to up their cleaning game. On the flipside, great food and super friendly staff. We was there again today and got bad service due to the Manager not Training their employees correctly. This was our 3rd time... getting bad service, the manager interrupted me when I was explaining to her what my order was supposed to be. After about 20minutes they got my order correct, however they still didn't do my husband's correctly. They need New Management! Read more
Food was greasy. It was Luke warm. Had to ask for napkins, sweetener, syrup, and creamer multiple times by multiple people. Was... given 2 extra napkins had to ask for more. Workers running around with their heads cut off because noone had a certain job todo. So it was bad. If there was some organization about who does what job. Service would be better. Prices are stupid. $30 for 2meals and coffees. Wouldn't go back. Read more
No refills on drinks the whole time we sat there, the menu is very deceiving, they're was bardley any meat, onions or peppers... on the philly cheese steak sandwich and the veggies were not grilled like it advertises. When i asked for more meat with ourtoast they declined. Ordered fried pickles, they brought 7 sliced pickles(hambuger dills) $5.99 for 7 slices? Really? Nevergoing back! Read more
We came in around 7pm, at the time there was only a couple other tables in restaurant being occupied,, Three different... waitresses.Food was brought out in two trips about five minutes apart, pancakes served no syrup had to go get it.sausage friedlike rubber hash browns cold , chopped steaks dried up gravy and Mac and cheese filmed over cooked in microwave and barelywarm.worst I ever had .The help was more worried about sweeping and mopping more than customers.Yes we ate it cause we come inthere hungry,we made the best of it.Cashier asked how it was and I told her and willing to pay but she told me no.Table next tome said Thiers was bad too.Thos was on 10/26/22 Read more
