So, it was nice upon walking in. We had no problem finding a table at about 7pm on a Saturday. You seat yourself, go to the bar... to order food and drinks, and get your own water if you'd like some. The food menu was a bit small for our liking, honestly notmuch of interest to me. We ended up with a pizza, the pepperoni and bacon one minus the onion and chili oil to get our kid toeat it. The food was made correctly and came out quickly. It was ok in my opinion. Overall not our favorite place but also notthe worst. All of the employees were nice when we interacted with them, the building inside and out was clean and looked nice.Give it a try if you're looking for a different flavor for dinner, it just wasn't the right fit for our family. Nice setting and great beers. Talked with one of the brewery staff and generally had a great time. There is a nice looking... outdoor garden that I am excited to try in the spring when it reopens. Family friendly. Read more

Everything was great! Can't wait til next summer for the outdoor seating. Also it's great, if you want to play pool or shuffle... board all you need is your driver's license to use them. No cost.... it is a bit pricey though. Read more

Mind the open hours (not bad, just closed days), but it's a fantastic hidden gem in Dexter with fantastic food and a very good... bar. The short-ish menu changes regularly with seasonal availability and specials. I have never been disappointed. At worst anew dish has ever been is "not as outstanding as some of their others". The place is surprisingly kid friendly with a good kidsmenu that is an extremely good value for kiddos to fill up. This was our first time at a Jolly Pumpkin, and it will not be the last! Was a really cool combo of self service and table... service. When you arrive, weather permitted, you can grab an open table outside, scan the unique-to-your-table QR code, orderand pay for your food and drink and they bring everything out to you when it's ready. The atmosphere was like hanging aroundyour best friend's back yard; super chill and cozy! We got the fried chicken appetizer (as an entree), the pork pie pizza, andthe kids' cheeseburger and fries. Each were outstanding and we would absolutely order again. We were confused on how to just geta glass of water because they don't just bring it out and you can't order it online.
