Date night with hubby started with whiskey sour that was horrible; ordered a pretzel & fries as appetizers, the pretzel was... great but the fries were lukewarm at best. For entrée hubby ordered fish & chips, again fries were almost cold & the fish wasseverely over cooked (hard as a rock), I ordered one of their specials & received the wrong food. When I pointed it out to theserver I was told "the order said this". Waitress came over a few minutes later apologizing for the mix up, after 20 minutes, &a very livid hubby , I asked for the food to be made to go. After waiting another 15 minutes we finally received my food & wereoffered a free dessert for the problems, but after spending almost $100 on food that was mediocre at best I was just ready toleave. Update: Checked my food when we got home & it was so overcooked that it was completely inedible. This was by far theabsolute worst dinning experience of my life. The only reason for the 2 stars is for how nice our waitress was. We will never gohere again. Read more
No more reservations needed. Come by anytime! Loved the Brussel sprouts appetizer, with a drizzle of honey and chopped... pistachios! The fried fish tacos and pasta carbonara were both delicious! Great service, we'll be back! Read more
Our favorite location to meet friends at. Our latest trip there did not disappoint! Fast, friendly service with a smile. The... food was excellent, and arrived relatively quickly (considering how busy they were on a Friday night at 6pm). My only complaintis that there are too many great selections on the menu! Great place to have a nice dinner, especially on the new patio. Staff is very friendly and food is good. As with most places,... post-pandemic has made it very difficult to staff 100%. So have some grace when you visit this place or any other. We visitoften and just take a walk through town or the park as we wait. Read more
Service was good. But food was really slow. I ordered fish and chips. I thought they might of had to go catch the fish. Well I... didn't get a whole fish only one filet. And it was dark, as if over cooked. For a dinner that seemed pretty poor. Read more
Tried the Fillmore tonight, on my birthday, because we were given a giftcard. We waited FOREVER for service and finally had to... ask for someone. and still we were there 25 minutes without drinks! I will not go into detail, lets just the service wasterrible and the food was worse( cold soggy fries, bland overcooked chicked and raw fish) The manager ended up compingeverything, but we left hungry and cranky. Support of local restaurants is important to me, but at the same time there needs to be value. Tonight I met friends for... dinner, my total order included one of their specialty drinks (I think it was called an "Agnes", it was good), a salad (noprotein added), and a Bell's beer. The bill was over $33 and I left hungry. Understand that the salad was good, but it wassmall and cost $16. For those with money to burn, this is great. I'm not one of those people. Compare the size of the saladplate to the fork and you'll see what I mean. The staff was friendly and other than being a little loud (it was Friday night) Ienjoy the decor. I won?t be coming back. It took at least 10 minutes for us to be greeted at our table, and about 40 minutes after that to get... our food. We ordered a starter and two entrees and everything came late and all at once. The food and service was subpar. Ourwaitress was frantic and lacked any composure. It would have been nicer if she calmly communicated the kitchen was behind. Shereprimanded another staff member who was serving our food right infront of us (assuming because our food was so late).Unfortunately it was an overall poor experience. Read more
