Food was GREAT, some of the best wings I've had. The area was clean for the most part but did notice the drink machine looked... like it use a cleaning. My son said "these wings are so good I forgot to even use the ranch dip". I think that's a perfect wayto put it. Read more

Wings were kinda hard when I ate them waited for a bit for my food when the guy told me they were putting the sauce on my wings... thinking cool they are almost done but then 10 15 minutes later they said they are waiting for fries to be done and when I gotthoughs they were extremely greasy and didn't taste good I'll probably never go to this one again Read more

Just completely pathetic the last two times we tried to order. Missing every sauce once, and then the entire order didn?t show... the second time. Got delayed by 50 minutes and then another notification came through that it would not be coming. Read more

SAVE YOUR MONEY. I placed a take-out order at this location on 9/2/22 @ 5:15pm. Upon my arrival at 6:30pm I was told by the... cashier that it would be an HOUR wait for wings and fries. Apart of me feels like he said this due to the new Wingstop Chickensandwich coming out and it being very popular but that?s beside the point. I asked if my order was ready since it?s a take -outorder and I ordered it way past the hour wait. he proceeds to tell me that my order isnt ready?.I then asked for a refund whichthe cashier couldn?t do but assured me that the manager would be able to issue a refund of $9 to me. Fine. My problem wasn?twith the cashier as it was was only so much he could do, my issue is with the manager! He?s very rude and clearly doesn?t likehis job. Attempting to curse out a customer because they want a refund and then telling them you?re not going to make food (theyalready don?t want)is not what a manager does. Waiting over an hour for wings at WINGSTOP isn?t ideal either. I encourage thislocation to either shut down or change management because what happened today was completely uncalled for. All of that over a $9refund that I ended up getting anyway. Big Thank you to the cashier that ended up issuing the refund, I guess he realized howobnoxious his manager is. The manager clearly lacks communication skills and can?t run the store. Another customer recorded theincident as proof and it shows how immature and borderline stupid the manager is. Let?s not mention he also didn?t wash hishands or use gloves while preparing the food but he sure can argue and tell you not to come back to the store after he jacksyour order up or makes your wait an hour! Thee ABSOLUTE WORST LOCATION! I honestly don?t know how they are still open. My food is WRONG EVERY SINGLE TIME! I can order... online and they still get it wrong! Like seriously, can you not read a print out?!?! Then the employees get an attitude when youdon?t want to accept the wrong order!!! They need to close this place down NOW! Go somewhere else.
