Very busy and extremely slow service. Ordered original sliders came with almost no onions, one pickle and no mustard or catsup.... What's up with that. Prices have increased though. Won't be going back any time soon. Read more

They had a weird policy you couldn't sit and eat in your car in the parking lot. We asked for 10 sliders with everything. We... received them with cheese and not much else. Bland. Not impressed with this location. I usually love White Castle. Staff wasimpatient and abrupt, also. Read more
If I could give them a zero I would! First off, the cashier in drive thru took my payment with the same gloves on she was... preparing the food with. Gave me back my card and receipt all greasy. If course I said something to her and she said nothing.At this point I have no plans on eating this food, but she didn't look like she would give me a refund, so I reported them tocorporate. I checked the food just to see, and the eggs looked like they had been dropped on the floor or cooked on very nastygrill. It was disgusting and I'll never ever return to this location again!!! I SPENT $17.58 FOR THIS????...... I order 2 number 13's off the breakfast menu and when I received my food I had egg shells in... my bacon egg and cheese toast sandwich and my hairstylist had egg and cheese and no sausage, hash browns was under cooked andvery oily. My experience today answered why o always drive past this White Castle . I’m at the other speaker the lady takes whoever’s... on front of me order then after that stops taking orders at all on that speaker .what’s the point in having 2 then? You havepeople in line.
