Poor Service I went drive thur and told the cashier I have a White Castle code . She ask did I place a mobile/ food dash/ Grub... hud order I said no it a app code. So she ask can I pull around so she can see it. When I got to first window a woman openedthe window I show her the code and she said that a coupon code I yes a app code like I said it was the first time. Now that I?mnot at the drive thur window looking at the board . I?m started giving her the order that I could think of when I gave her mymoney she walk away and never came back. I forgot to add fries to the order so after the car in front of me pulled off I knockon the window getting the cashier attention telling her to open the window. But she didn?t until she cash out my order. Whileshe handed me my money I ask can I order a fries and she said her manager said no because I held up drive thur she handed me thebag and I pulled off just to get a half miles away just to realize my frozen cooler was never handed to me. I just want to give the staff here a shout out. I know fast food places can get a bad rep but the few times I've been here in... the last year, every cashier was pleasant and my order was correct. No matter who is at the register that day. I try not to gowhen they are super busy because I know those might be the times where they may fall short but I still respect their hustlehere.
