This store needs help. All my food was cold. Fries, burger, nuggets and the baked potato. Only thing that was hot was my chilli.

Worst manager I?ve ever run across. I went into Wendy?s on grand river and Livernois and stood at the register for several... minutes. Staff were walking arias if myself and two others weren?t waiting to order . Finally I asked if we could get some helpand she said ?I?ll be there in a minute. Fine. After a couple of more minutes I asked were we gonna get a chance to order? Sheloudly said ? I said give me a second@ ?I had other things to do, I m only one person. I overheard her tell one of her staff ?she can leave ?. I informed her one guy had already left. All the time she walking towards the register arguing with me aboutwaiting. I?m thinking she?s about to take my order, instead she walks past me still loud saying if you don?t understand than Idon?t know what to tell you. Still haven?t ordered. I could not spend my money in a place where the actual MANAGER has nocustomer service. I pray she doesn?t do the training. I?ve been in customer service for 22 years and this behavior from her isUNACCEPTABLE!!! I normally don?t do surveys but this made me leave the establishment and get chicken from kfc. I waited in line for 30 minutes before anyone took our order. When we pulled around to the window, no one was in front of us... (what were we waiting for?). When I get to the window the cashier was not facing the window, instead his back was turned and hisbody was leaning on the glass. There was no greeting, instead it was a quote from a movie, smh. I waited another 7 to 8 minutesto receive my order. The sandwich only had cheese and bacon on it, was not fresh, no straws, napkins or condiments and thefrosty lid would not close because it was too much in the cup, making it messy. My next step will be contacting their GM andmaking a comment on the BBB. That experience was absolutely ridiculous. Read more
