The staff is very unprofessional and rude. As I was placing my order in the drive thru, the staff member was being rude by... cutting me off and appearing to be annoyed. As if me placing my order was bothering her. Once I got my food, I was missing someitems. I acknowledge the gentleman that was in the lobby at the time and he alerted a staff member that was in the back. She wasvery helpful and as well as the gentleman in the lobby. The lady that brought my missing food to me basically shoved it in myhand and didn?t apologize for the inconvenience. Like it?s my fault somebody forgot my food I paid for! Read more
I really like this Wendy's. I made a mobile app order while I was sitting in the parking lot because the Wendy's app was failing... from the mobile app so I had to do it from the mobile website. The order was ready as soon as I got into the store, theemployees were kind. They even noticed that it was a mobile order because often times they're confused what kinda order it is,or where it's coming from when placing mobile orders. I asked for ice water, they kindly gave me a cup to make one for myself.Efficient service for me. Read more

This location is full of LAZY PEOPLE THAT DONT WANT TO WORK.... They have a sign that says they open at 830am and to please be... patient because of staff shortage....NO PROBLEM, ILL WAIT.......... WRONG, this you g woman working the drive thru had theaudacity to tell me "DOOR DASH ONLY"... I visited the Wendy's in Wayne [Michigan Ave & Venoy]. Tried the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit ???? It was made fresh. The... breakfast sandwich was ???? and good ????. Also, asked the good looking gentleman at the drive-thru window about reloading myWendy's gift card. The manager was proactively involved as well???? They tried but the system would not allow it???? purchased anew gift card???? Customer service was exceedingly exceptional???????????? Well usually when you go their there's a line. The wait time pre pandemic is 5-10 minutes but now since the pandemic the line is... all the way around the building, the wait now is 15+ minutes and usually you're waiting like that all the time now. Andsometimes the employees have a attitude not everytime, everyday. But do expect a snicker or gesture when you get to the drivethru. It's not as bad as it seems but just pointing that out. They do not know how to cook potatoes and their nuggets were old I visited today before work, ordered a bacon and cheese potato... and a 10 piece nugget my potato was not even fully cooked and it didn?t not have bacon on it and my nuggets were dry and cold. Icalled and complained they told me to come back after work and they?ll replace my order they basically gave me the same thingthis potato definitely is not fully cooked!
