Terrible management and nasty food. They have flies and bugs everywhere and I asked the manager to resolve the problem and she... was very rude and disrespectful. The manager name was Marlene!!!!! She has bad management skills and she was very disrespectfulto customers into employees. She doesn?t deserve to work there or manage the restaurant. Worst Wendy?s EVER!! I did a mobile order to be picked up in the drive through. I was told I had to come inside after waiting 15... minutes in the drive through line. Only to go inside and wait another 20 mins for a salad, nuggets and frosty. Stood there for awhile before anyone even acknowledged I was there. My sauce was wrong for my nuggets and didn?t get my salad right either. Ididn?t see it cause they put so much tape on my bags and I just wanted to get the hell out of there. I will drive out of my wayto go to a different store from now on. This is just one of many times I?ve had an issue at this location. Read more

I gave this Wendy's 3 stars ONLY because at the time of my visit, they were out of nearly everything I order when I choose to go... to Wendy's. The one particular item that Wendy's is known worldwide for is their chocolate frosty and on this day they did nothave any. ???? However, the staff at this location were incredibly kind and patient and their actions requires me to not giveWendy's a 1 star rating. Read more

Service is always busy. I went on Mother's Day it was khaotic. I go on regular day of the week still busy. Food is always fresh.... Gave me spicy nuggets instead of regular but I was already home. Read more
They should be ashamed of themselves for the service they dishing out. My cousin ordered a 4 for 4 . Her meal consist of some... cold crunchy fries, nuggets were also cold . So she ask can she get it fresh we will wait. They gave her the same meal. Theydrop the same nuggets and fries ???? and make metters worst. She asked for condiments.they didn't have ketchup,no ice,. The cashier Whittney that I had today was phenomenal. She was so professional and polite. She needs to train all the cashiers at... the window because she was top notch. She deserves a raise.
