I ordered a 16oz but was charged for a 24oz. I told the cashier 3 separate times and was still charged and given what I didn't... ask for. Then I just did the text to let them know how they're doing and they pretty much tried to ignore it because it was a 2reply instead of a 1. I hate bad customer service especially when YOU asked for feedback. I'm just trying to support and helpbut this is obviously my last visit because I refuse to be ignored where I spend my money. Favorite boba place! Staff is always friendly and have never had a bad experience (even after 25+ visits). They have a good... rewards program too. Highly recommend the lychee mohito as their best special. Read more
I have been here like 20 times and have never had a bad experience. The boba tea is the best I?ve ever had, always excellent. I... always either get the Thai iced tea with tapioca pearls, or the tiger milk tea with tapioca pearls. My girlfriend usually getsthe Taro root tea with flan custard. Tou and Mai has ruined my palate for other boba, there?s is the best no comparison. Read more

Some of the most flavorful Boba I've had yet! I got a Taro Milk Tea with Coconut flavor and added tapioca and flan pearls. Holy... cow was it delicious! They also offer fruit teas (green teas) and alternative dairy options. They were fast, friendly, andhelpful. I also picked up some snacks from their little store. Read more
They're open until 9pm, but they were closed when we arrived at 7pm on a Saturday!! I went into the connected restaurant next... door to see if they knew anything. Nope, nothing. There was no note on the door and no notice on Facebook. No phone number forTao Mai either. Driving over 20 minutes to take the family out for bubble tea only to find it was closed, when it's supposed tobe open is terrible. The ice cream business next door had a ton of customers! Read more
