I ordered a 16oz but was charged for a 24oz. I told the cashier 3 separate times and was still charged and given what I didn't... ask for. Then I just did the text to let them know how they're doing and they pretty much tried to ignore it because it was a 2reply instead of a 1. I hate bad customer service especially when YOU asked for feedback. I'm just trying to support and helpbut this is obviously my last visit because I refuse to be ignored where I spend my money. Favorite boba place! Staff is always friendly and have never had a bad experience (even after 25+ visits). They have a good... rewards program too. Highly recommend the lychee mohito as their best special. Read more

There was no note on the door and no notice on Facebook. No phone number forTao Mai either. Driving over 20 minutes to take the family out for bubble tea only to find it was closed, when it's supposed tobe open is terrible. The ice cream business next door had a ton of customers! Read more
