Doing uber eats they didn't have the food ready told me to come back in 30 mins so I did and they didn't have the order at all... when I went back terrible service..???????????????? Read more
WOW..... I was going to try and place order yet again (you never seem to be open) but something told me to read these... reviews. More surprising than all the bad reviews, is the incredibly CHILDISH AND UNPROFESSIONAL responses from you as the"owner". They just drip of stank attitude !! If I could leave 0 stars I would have. Never been and tried to go about a week ago. Everything was fine when I placed my order... over the phone and went to pick it up. Cashier took my card to pay and ran it multiple times then told me my card wasn'tworking. I had literally just used my card somewhere else a knew funds were available. The person I was with tried to use theircard as well and was told they same thing. We had no cash and the cashier looked at us like we had to figure out why their cardmachine wasn't working. Did someone say hot mess? This neighborhood pizzeria failed and missed the mark. The pizzeria was only two blocks from my... destination. I ordered a pepperoni, Italian sausage and bacon pizza with BBQ wings and a soda for delivery. After waiting twohours for delivery I called to find out where my order was and got no answer. I decided to go pick it up. When I arrived lookingfor my food i was informed that they did not know where the delivery driver was. I prepaid when I called. They had no record ofthe payment. I had to show the charges on my banking app in order to receive my food and my delivery cost refund. When I gothome and opened the box it was not what I ordered. It was a BBQ chicken pizza and it was not cut into slices. I tried to callback but once again no answer. They were not supposed to close for another 20 minutes. I was forced to go to bed hungry and waitfor them to open the next day to get my order correct. When they opened the next day, i went and talk to the manager about theproblem. He offered to replace the pizza not the entire order which would have been more than right for all the inconvenience. Iwas told it would be a 20 minute wait when i came back in twenty minutes they were just putting it in the oven. I waited a totalof of forty five minutes. During that time i listen to this manager trash talk the night shift crew. Not taking responsibilityfor the mistake as a whole company. He was showing decision like his shift was better. NOT TRUE! I get my pizza and get homeonly to see the order was wrong again. I received a pepperoni, Italian sausage and ham pizza. SMH... I gave up. And will neverorder from them again. My bill was $30.18.
