Cocktails are fine. Nothing impressive and little expensive. Desserts nice duo. Setting is enjoyable and historic nice, it's... just hard to see many angles Read more

Excellent food, drinks and service. The manager asked us to hurry up because he needed the table! We were still drinking and... felt like we didn?t matter. Won?t go back because of him! Read more

The Ghost Bar is a family favorite and last night was another great time. Alfred provided friendly and professional service even... though he was the only bartender and the place was hopping! Classy atmosphere and great ambience make for a delightful place forcocktails. Read more

EVERY TIME I?ve come here (and it?s been a lot over the years) great stories and memories have come from it. And yes, it IS... haunted but not in a creepy way; chances are someone in your party will see something they can?t explain. (Last time a friendfrom out of town mentioned talking to the bathroom attendant -but they don?t have attendants!) If course the food isimpeccable, yet they manage perfect service without seeming ?stuffy?. Highly recommend for a special occasion or just dinnerwith some friends. Read more

Very beautiful and surprisingly chill bar inside the Whitney mansion! The drinks are on the pricey side, but they are worth the... price! I would suggest The Witching Hour if you like vodka. Even though The Whitney is a very formal restaurant, the bar isinformal but in a very classy environment. If you?re looking for a great drinking experience in a place that makes you feel likeyou?ve gone back in time, this is the place to go! I?ll definitely be coming back. Read more

Maybe my expectations was set a little too high, but at best this place besides the surroundings and the service I got from... Samantha while I was waiting for the rest of the group I was meeting, it was average at best. Yes, the leader of the groupdidn't let them know a group of 8 was coming, but for the bar you didn't need reservations ( good idea for this type of place)but once the group got there, service was almost a after thought. Once she took the group drink orders and I said I would justbe having a dessert, she stopped back only to drop off drinks and one other check. I had to tell her I was waiting to ordercarrot cake and it took so long to get it. She even brought my bill with the cake like it was a bother to be serving a group ofregular people. Never asked me if I wanted something else to drink. I had to flag her down to box my carrot cake, which wasn'timpressive since I have had much better many other places. As we left, no staff wished us a good night. While we were dressednone too fancy, you would expect better service. I was greeted and treated well when I walked in, but I was in business casualunlike the rest of the group. Service went down hill from there. Might not be back because of that. Read more

Really nice bartender, great happy hour prices and beautiful views. The charcuterie board was poppin. I will 100% be going back.

I loved coming here! This was the highlight of my trip to Detroit! An old Mansioned, turned to a hospice house, foreclosed on,... and then becomes a restaurant! The story of this house is really something to be hold. If you go you must make your way to thetop floor for the tour. Because me and my party were all from out of town our tour guide gave us a bit about the history ofDetroit on top of the history of the house. There's definitely something extra about this haunted mansion! Read more
