The employees are so rude and they clearly don?t want to be there. They never have cold brew, nitro brew or sometimes even cups.... They desperately need new management and a whole new team. The location would truly be perfect if they could get a better moreorganized staff. Read more

Employees not friendly. Often drinks are incorrect and when you bring it to their attention they seem to have attitudes. A few... good employees are overshadowed by the poor service from the others. Unfortunately this location is the only starbucks oncampus. Tried again after not going for several years. 2 days in a row - people with attitude, no availability of products,and drinks do not taste anything like they should. They are not serving to the public. Unless you have an appointment!!! So I paid to park in this hospital to get Starbucks walked... half a mile there and back to my car!!! Do not go without calling first I guess Read more
It's always fine and good service as long as they're open. It would be great if they were open at night for the hospital staff... that work overnight but I guess they don't care about us. Read more
It is unfortunate that we only have this Starbucks in the hospital. Unprofessional and treat you with attitude. Need a change of... whole management. Super slow. Sometimes from their slowness, I wish I could get in and get my own drink. Read more
Having the unfortunate experience of being bound to the hospital for which this Starbucks is collocated, this is by far the... worst example of the franchise I have ever experienced. The staff has some bad apples and its a shame because on any given daythere are some good employees. Unfortunately the bad ones are so bad.... Don't expect to be greeted in a friendly way, getready for some serious attitude. Biggby is right across from this location and after my third straight day of dealing with allthe attitude I am going to switch. Its just not worth it.
