Save your money and if you go good luck and check out your receipt. The sever tried to charge me $10 for extra sauce the I... didn’t ask for and that came with what I ordered. They she got an attitude when I questioned about it. The manager came andremoved it. But she was on the phone with her girlfriend for majority of the time that we were there. Mind you we got there assoon as the opened. I read the reviews prior to going in hopes that getting there early would definitely be different but it wasit. there was no host to greet us a man that seemed as though he was the owner greeted us and set us which was nice but theservice SUCKED. The cost don’t match the experience… Thursday march 24,2022 When i walked in with my party of 6. We weren’t greeted &&... after standing at the door; a man finally said do you have a reservation. I said yes 6 for 7pm. I was told the table isn’tready. I also let them know we had other family coming that had a 7:30pm reservation so if it’s possible to put out tables inthe same area. All reservations were done online because on one answered the restaurant phone.. we waited 30mins to be seated. Iwas disappointed and it was bad from there. When were were seated the waitress/ older white nice lady. She said she’ll havesomeone turn the music on and it never happened. We sat in a quite room mostly w/ tvs on and no sound. She took forever to getour order even after i told her we were not waiting on ppl. It took 15mins for our drinks to arrive and about 45min to a hourfor food. the appetizers came out same time as our entrees instead of before like I asked. Our waitress switched to a nice blacklady when the orders were being taken which was odd to me. Bcuz the other waitress started seeing another party in the same backroom as us. Im only saying the color of the skin cuz I don’t recall their name smh. The other party of ppl was nice butloud… My spouse and I food was good; nice n hot but the rest of our party complained. The staff was messing up ppl orders nnot bringing our meals together. We never got any bread after we asked for some & we saw the next party get some. The waitresstold us the entrees came w/ 2 sides and then we were charged for them. Not a big deal but if you don’t know your ownrestaurant menu then I shouldn’t be held accountable. Also my uncle is allergic to seafood and we told her yet they still gavehim chicken tenders made w/ the same grease as the fish and he had a reaction to it. Smh bad experience && they moved w/ nourgency. Idk if it’s cuz we had a party or not but it could’ve been much better and prepared since we had reservations. Read more
The food was impeccable!!! Hats off to the chef!!!! The service.....not so much. My party had two birthdays. We were in the back... private room. The two servers we had were arguing and the interaction with us was basically non-existent. For as much gratuityas they charge...the service sucked. Definitely will be getting a carry out next time????. Read more
While our table was available when we arrived the service was extremely slow. We sat for over an hour waiting for appetizers... that didn’t come until well after our entrees. Our entrees came two hours after our arrival. The salmon was luke warm andlacked flavor. The menu said broccolini and I received cold broccoli pictured below. After asking about our appetizers severaltimes they finally came. Well the salmon bites my sister ordered were sold out. She didn’t find that out until an hour aftershe ordered them. Our bill was almost $400 which is laughable for the service and quality of food we received. Needless to sayI’ll never go back . I guess the people at several tables who got up and walked out without ordering won’t be back either. Read more
We came to visit from California. We travel alot always looking for good Seafood wherever we go We found the sloppy crab I... recommend this place, they have a nice ambiance and atmosphere, The staff is very knowledgeable the food was delicious I wantedto get the crab boil my only problem with this it was a little to expensive for one person and there wasn\'t any other optionsonly one for the crab boil. Went here for my wedding anniversary. It wasn’t busy or crowded at all. So I knew the service and food would be on point. Well... the service was great but the food was just ok. Brandon greeted us at the door and we knew we were for a fabulous experience! The food was excellent, the staff was friendly... and fun, and the music was everything!
