A really nice experience, they are so friendly and the service is 10/10. We ordered a large BBQ chicken pizza that was really... good and pretty big, also a chicken sandwich to share and they separated in two different plates with fries in each plate. 1st time ordering from here and the pizza was not bad. I wasn't too pleased with the service because I ordered online, arrived... at the store 10 minutes after my estimated time, and my order still was not ready. I don't think that they had even started mypizza because when I got there and announced my name, they started scrambling around like they were looking for it. Nobody cameto me and said that it would be a few more minutes or anything. I stood and waited for 10 extra minutes and then they bring memy order as if I hadn't been standing there all along. I am a huge believer in great guest service, whether its in a fast foodestablishment or a 5 star, and if they would have explained why my order, that was already paid for, was not ready then I wouldhave given them 3 stars Read more
