I really wanted to love this place. It's super exciting to have more interesting options in Midtown. The food and service were... fine, not great but not terrible. However, at this price point you need to have excellent service and food. It is overpriced forwhat it is. Our waitress promptly told us they were out of multiple menu items on arrival. The menu prices were higher thanadvertised on the website, including $42 for 3 scallops. Would not return. Read more

This is your place for a GREAT dinner! Wonderful food, great service and cool atmosphere---inside or out. There is free... parking across the street (a real rarity in Detroit)! The staff goes out of their way to make sure everything iswonderful. Fine food and the pricing accurately reflects that...it should be $$$ or $$$$ though, not two. Drinks are expensive,but delicious and special. A REAL TREAT....DON'T MISS IT!! Thank you for making our evening wonderful! Savant is truly a gemand we don't want it to be a "hidden gem"! We are spreading the word among family, friends, etc. Our server, Dominique, wasthe best! She was considerate, helpful, attentive and FUN! The bartender was also great.
