I couldn't purchase food from this place. Why? Because their bathrooms were that of your worst nightmares. I can not begin to... tell you how disgusting it was. They couldn't buzz me into the woman's rest room because they said it was not functioning. Sothey buzzed me into the mens. There was a large puddle of urine on the floor as if this is where people have decided the toiletwas not good enough. The smell in there was too much. I couldn't touch anything. I will never go back to this location. I willtry to find out who owns this place and ask them if they even care how their staff is running this place. Because if you can'tkeep your bathrooms from having pools of urine on the floors ...what's going on in the Kitchen part of this place? Read more

Long wait though it was about 10-15 employees working in the back. There was only one female employee working the front line.... You could tell she was exhausted and worn out could barely walk. She had an attitude but mainly with the management andunderstandably so. Needless to say, the food was HOT and fresh when I did actually get it! I was there about 25-35 minutes,line wasn't short. Not happy with Popeye Louisiana Kitchen which no menu posted inside and some there none at the drive-thrus only in Detroit area.... And on east Gratiot their systems were down but they were still taking orders which took long very long time for waiting onsouth of Livernois I was told to wait by the drive-thru window board holding up traffic because she says no one has moved fromthe pick-up window that's not good. Had me Holding up an angry and hungry long line while, I'll waited...It was verydisrespectful and uncomfortable for me. It?s Popeyes so I know I have to wait on chicken I don?t mind that. I just dislike that constant nasty attitudes I get just... because some people don?t wanna be at work. As I share this information, I have been in line at Popeyes Chicken for 30 minutes with me being the 3rd car. I?m now at the... window - final got my order taken. Had to wait to pull to the window (per the order taker). Once she said pull around, I?mstill waiting. Management please check on your establishment, very poor service. Read more
