The tablets were very glitchy and were not working, so we had to wait in the main line. There was only 1 person working front... counter so it was slow. Easily the worst Panera I have been to. Probably 20 people waiting for their orders and there are two people working the... kitchen. An order is ready about every 5 minutes. I don?t think I?ll be able to wait long enough to get my food. Read more
I wonder if the staff at this location is overworked. Maybe I am wrong but I kind of expect "Starbucks" like customer service... from Panera. I feel I get cafeteria service. No smiles from the staff, no welcome greeting. The soda machine never works, andwhen I told the staff I was ignored. Food is continually late when ordered online. Read more
Meh. This was my Caesar salad that comes with the family meal (post crouton removal)... hopefully the sandwiches are better.

It is ok but very expensive for what they offer. Portions are small. The sandwiches are almost empty of ingredients. You make... your order on the machines to speed up the process but when you get your order they tell you: sorry we don't have certainingredients, do you want chips or an apple?. Why they don't do that at the beginning so you can actually decide if you want therest of your order or not. Read more
I just love coming here and enjoying the fireplace the view of the water. And the pizza is delicious!!! It is nice to have... such a great choice of eateries in our building. Thank you for making sure I eat right while I'm working and on days when I'moff. Read more
