I go to this McDonald’s every single day, at least once a day, i always use the coupon codes, I was trying to use the get a... large fry for $1 code today, while In the drive thru, the employee was yelling out the window “come on come on come on”literally annoying, the worst thing that can happen to you is a employee yelling at u to hurry up which causes anxiety andpractically ruins the expierience! I pull up hand her my card and before I can even give her my Code she shuts the drive thruwindow on me, I let the pick up window know I hadn’t had the opprotunity to provide my discount code for $1 fries, theybasically said oh well, I said I want full refund I no longer want the code or fries, I payed over $4 for this two items, thelady gave me $2 back like I’m so confused, this employee was soo rude, not very communicative to clear icy things, told me tocome back in to the drive thru and they will give me my fries after having to explain the situation to the manager like no browhy would I come back I. after waiting in the line for OVERZ A HOUR they give me some HARD as a brick chicken nuggets w/ some fries that’s being used... with bad grease. My dasher waited in the drive-thru for 35 minutes only to get 2 burgers, 2 pies & a shake. My food was old, one of my burgers... was half cooked, & I didn't get my shake. This place can't get an order that was repeated several times right. Went through drive thru. Pulled up and no one said... anything for a few minutes. I said "Hello" a few times. Finally a response and the person taking the order just was notunderstanding after I politely repeated the order several times, understanding how bad it can be to work in food service. Hadthem repeat it back to me correctly and I pulled forward. The person collecting payment repeated the order to me incorrectly andI corrected them. I pay (my mistake for not checking the receipt after so much initial trouble) and pull forward. I collect theorder and check the bag to see if anything obvious is missing. Nothing obvious missing, after glancing in the bag. After I pullaway and get ready to eat I realize they got the order wrong, even after I was polite and patiently repeated what I wanted.Order was #4 w/o egg and an OJ instead of coffee; med strawberry smoothie; bacon, egg, and cheese McMuffin. The "bacon, egg, andcheese McMuffin" that I wanted turned out to be a "sausage, no egg, and double cheese McMuffin with bacon added." Wth. I didn'thave the time to go back and complain. Read more
Drive thru is always slow. And as long as you have to wait to get served, the food should be hot. It's usually barely warm.... Management really needs to fix this issue at this particular store. Read more
