The female employee didn?t know what I was talking about when asking to use my reward points promo code for the app. Aside of... that, at the window she was friendly and apologetic stating she was new back there and service was fairly quick for as busy asthey were. The messed my order all the way around. They had me sitting at the window for about 20 minutes...then asked me to pull up so... they could bring my 9rder out. My fries and triple cheese burger were cold...triple cheese burger was wrong. I work fastfood..this service was Horrible. The only good part of service was the young man who took my payment. I don?t know what happened to the service at this location but I placed my order and paid for my food. The problem came up when... I got to the next window to pick up my food. Cashier had me to pull over and someone was going to bring me the food. Next thingI know there?s 2 other vehicles behind me waiting for their food as well. I waited about 10 minutes for my bag of food to bebrought out to me before I went inside to see where my food was. I get my bag and I was missing my fries that went with my fishfilet meal and had broken cookies in the bag. I thought that I was given nuggets but it turned out to be more cookies that werewhole. The worst restaurant ever. Waiting in line 20 minutes and still got skipped over while waiting to order. Asked for medium drink... and got the orange juice size cup. And they tried to convince me this was a medium. Let's not mention the attitudes, the lack ofcustomer service, the lack of sufficient management and the lack of a working phone number.
