Now I'm going to say this and hoping that you understand the McDonald's food was good I dined in but I had no choice because I... was on my scooter and I want to sit somewhere and relax but it was so hot in there it was 94° outside and they did not have noair for someone to sit inside so I dined outside on my scooter because I couldn't sit in the inside it was too hot so I wentanother day like a week later and they still didn't have no air I don't even know how to employees can work in there maybe theygot air back there with the employees work, but there's no air inside the dine for you can sit down to enjoy your food Read more
Visited restaurant in drive through, I received torn tattered money covered by the receipt. I attempted to address issue the... same day and was told manager was not present. I was told to take it to a bank. Why should I eat the cost of gas to take it tomy bank when the store TRIED to pass it on to a constumer? Took it to the manager following the day and was told that he was notresponsible for the torn money their cashier passed to me but begrudgingly exchanged the 5 bill. I?m very disappointed in the service I received.The cashier was very rude and elderly lady working along side another... employee.Let me start by saying I understand being short staffed.She was very rude to a customer because she asked for anotherbatch of fries because hers were cold.The cashier stated these fries are hot while touching them might I add.Another gentlemanwas waiting for his food and didn?t hear the cashier call him to retrieve his food.And she was very nasty with him. I was leftstanding about 5 minutes ago which wasn?t a problem understanding she?s the only cashier working.Once done the cashier returnand ask had I been helped. I stated no mam.And I ask how was she doing.Very rudely she says ?I?m tryna to hurry up cause I?m theonly cashier here.You was about to have to go threw the drive threw? what do you want. I smiled and said I don?t wantanything.Heading to the door she?s tells another customer I?m just mad. I had no problem with the food last time or this time my big Mac meal was on point!!! But that greeting ???? go ahead with... your order erks me...
