Pulled up in the afternoon and saw an employee at the door telling people the lobby was closed. A caution cone was placed... outside the entrance and then the door was locked. I went to the drive thru with 7 cars ahead of me and sat there waiting for 19minutes without a single car moving. I was stuck in the inside drive thru lane and when the car next to me left, I was also ableto leave. Went to the Woodward location and had a much better experience. Read more

HOW HARD IT IS TO MAKE A CUP OF COFFEE~~~~~ Second time within a week; I've ordered a medium coffee with 5 creams and 1 sugar,... only to arrive to work and it's 5 sugars and 1 cream. Extremely frustrating. It's an okay McDonald's. When I drove up to order, no one said anything, so I had to say "hello" first. Also, the window didn't... offer any sauces. Some good things were that the food tasted fresh enough & their bathrooms were very clean! Read more

Ordered a McFlurry at the kiosk and waited and waited until I finally asked where my order was and was finally told that the... machine was not working. Why didn't they say something when the order was up on the screen but no.
