Pulled up in the afternoon and saw an employee at the door telling people the lobby was closed. A caution cone was placed... outside the entrance and then the door was locked. I went to the drive thru with 7 cars ahead of me and sat there waiting for 19minutes without a single car moving. I was stuck in the inside drive thru lane and when the car next to me left, I was also ableto leave. Went to the Woodward location and had a much better experience. Read more

HOW HARD IT IS TO MAKE A CUP OF COFFEE~~~~~ Second time within a week; I've ordered a medium coffee with 5 creams and 1 sugar,... only to arrive to work and it's 5 sugars and 1 cream. It's an okay McDonald's. When I drove up to order, no one said anything, so I had to say "hello" first. Also, the window didn't... offer any sauces. Some good things were that the food tasted fresh enough & their bathrooms were very clean! Read more
