Terrible customer service. Waited at the menu for 5 minutes. Heard crackling thru the bullhorn and nothing else. Waited another... two minutes and heard nothing but crackling. decided to drive up to the window and had to wait for two other cars. Finally getto the window and she says she can't take orders at the window. I explained that I couldn't hear her and she proceeded to sayshe couldn't help me and had the nerve to have an attitude. The food is always very good but, I must commend them on their customer service especially from the young lady that took our... order over the phone named Morgan. Her tone was so pleasant & friendly and she was the same when I arrived there to pick up ourorder. Her demeanor was professional and yet personable with all of the customers that entered the restaurant or called. Hercoworker was also very pleasant and friendly but I didn't get her name for this post. Kudos to that restaurant for the deliciousfood and the great customer service we received today. ???? I use to like eating at Lou's but lately like the past year this place food sucks. Today I ordered a veggie omelette no... mushrooms all the veggies was burnt hashbrowns hard & burnt everything was burnt and nasty the toast was dry had no butter onit. I was so disappointed I will not be going back there. I ate it because I was starving in it was $10 on top of that I didn'thave my car to go back. I called to let them know about the food he offered me a do over but I didn't even want another meal Ijust wanted to let them know how discussing the food was because this has happened many times before there but I let it slidethis time I'm good on them if I could give them no star I would.
