I went there on Sunday 10/9/22, I ordered a Omelette. My wife ate have of it Sunday morning, she went back to eat the rest on... Monday and found a piece of glass/plastic in it!! I called up there and asked to speak to a Manager and was told we don't have aManager , I have been here for 16 years and I'm the closest thing to one. I said I'm not trying to get anything, just wantsomeone to look at the camera and see if something broke while the cook was cooking. Then was told that it's nothing back therethat could break but the coffee glass. When I asked when will the owner be in I was told, I don't no when he will be here andthe cameras don't go back that far. Then when I asked for the Owner name was told that she couldn't give me that. Then I askedfor the corporate number, then she told me we a franchise there's no number (l was like wow are you for will). Do you even knowhow you become a franchise? Then she hung up on me.. We need to really do better, this is keeping place is keeping there doorsopen because of people that lives with in a mile or so from there and this is the way the workers talk to paying customers,that's keeping you with a job at that Coney. I went around midnight one night because I was hungry. There wasnt a wait to order. Just a wait for our food which took 15 mins.... Isnt bad, very reasonable. I tried their Philly Sub for the first time with fries and it was soo good! I will definitely getthat again and this is definitely going to be one of my late night spots. The parking lot was half full when I went. You canusually guess the wait time by looking at the parking lot. There is construction out front at the moment so it makes itdifficult to see the entrance so be careful. Read more
Generic "Coney Island" that is easily lost in a sea of other bland and generic Coney Islands around SE Michigan, that... undoubtedly use the same store to get their food from. Except this one leans heavier on putting onions and peppers in everythinglike it's some sort of creative distinction. Go somewhere else. Read more

I literally found a dead bee in my grilled chicken salad. I?m stomach has been upside down all night. If they had paid more... attention during preparation this could have been prevented. I am terribly unsatisfied. And do not recommend. Read more
