Chicken is soooooo delicious, the sides are good love this place.
Deserves ZERO stars. My son and I went around 3:30 in the afternoon. Our food was room temperature, the chicken and fish was... fried hard and taste like old oil was used. The biscuit's were hard, and our fries and wedges were old and soggy. I'll neverspend another dime of my money there or any of the other locations!!!!! What a waste of $23!!!!!! Read more

Spoke directly with team members for my order what l received wasn't it. I called to let them know and was furious l got hung up... on. In their defense they called back after the complaint (l called them )but we are very unsatisfied going back and forthknowing l was correct. Then to have them ask do we live far from there. How is that going to fix anything. Customer service iskey to any business and your livelihood comes from our patronage. Consider that. Read more
