Needless to say I love me some KFC! This location I frequent quite often. Typicly twice a month at least. The service is spotty... at best. One time ordinary may be a rather pleasant experience, then the next not so much. Thought it opened at 10:30 a.m., arrived at 10:45. Waited until 11 when they started taking orders. They were only taking exact... change, debit or credit cards. This KFC don't seem to cook with clean grease and is always out of something this KFC is the worst I have ever had mashed... potatoes and gravy is never hot biscuits always very dry with no butter on them at all I have been to KFC in several otherstates and never have I witnessed the mess at this KFC in michigan and sure this one is not the only one.
