Very unprofessional staff. I had to go pick up food that was supposed to be delivered because it was over 2 hours with no phone... call. When I got there the so called "manager" was arguing with a cuatomer and then voided her transaction. The way this placeis set up I am VERY SUPRISED no one has attempted to harm the building or the manager. She also stole my money from me as shedid not refund my delivery fee she said, but thats on me for not getting a reciept. Disgusting place. Will never step foot orcall for food there again. Read more
If I could rate this location zero stars I would! It makes absolutely no sense that my order was started over 1.5hrs after the... initial order was made; literally put in the oven a few minutes before I walked into the location. This location has piss poorcustomer service and communication between associates. This location gets worse every year! Read more
If I had the option to give zero stars I would. My order was marked delivered at 9:57 but I didn?t receive it until 10:10 when... the delivery person pulled up blasting rap music. My pizza was cold, burnt, and had no sauce on it at all. I called twice andwaited over ten minutes for someone to answer and after being told I couldn?t get a refund because it?s a lose lose for them ifI get my money and get to keep the pizza, I was offered a $10 credit. The young woman asked if I was okay with the credit and Isaid no she hung up on me. I?m currently on hold now waiting on someone to answer and praying I get a manager with customerservice. I should?ve known not to order from them again after the incident of someone deleting to my home a few years ago andkeeping one of our residents number to text personally the next day without permission. POOR SERVICE ORDER WAS WRONG FOOD BURNT, PIZZA MISSING TOPPINGS, DESSERT COLD AND TOSSED ON EACH OTHER OVER 1 HOUR TO GET OUR... FOOD NOT GOING TO EAT THE PIZZA AND OVER 25 MINS CALLING THE STORE NO ONE ANSWERING TO TELL THEM THEY SCREWED UP THE ORDER NOTGOING TO GO BACK AGAIN AND HOPE NO ONE ELSE WILL LOOK AT THE FOOD 27 DOLLARS FOR THIS. I placed an order online on a sunday night around 8pm to get ready for the walking dead. At 9pm nothing. At 930pm i call and no... answer for the longest. About 950pm someone answers and puts me on hold. I'm on hold for an hour. I drive to the location to seewhat's going on. My order was never even started. They never checked their online orders. I had ro wait another 40 minutes forthem to make my pizza and they still made it wrong. Tried offering me a pop or dessert but i had already had those on my order.I asked for a refund and was told they couldn't do refunds. This is the only location in this area but i have never had thisissue or any other real issues with any other location. This location use to be better. Much better. Not sure what's going on.But extremely poor management. And it seems the owner doesn't care. Entire staff needs to be replaced. Read more
One star is one to many... The employees at this location should be fired and not allowed to work anywhere ever. They are... extremely rude, unprofessional, and down right disrespectful. 2 and half hour wait for my order placed online and when I calledto check the status of my order I maintained being pleasant even after the staff was completely out of line. Not getting myorder is the least of my complaint. Emails, letters, and multiple calls will be placed to their corporate office until someoneaddresses my concerns. I don't want any compensation or free pizza... I will NEVER order from Dominos again. There are multiplereviews with the same complaints regarding this store. It is awful no one has done anything about it. I'll patiently wait andcontinue to escalate this issue as high up as I have to for as long as I need to get results. Read more
New to the area and they did very well. Order online and made it way more convenient since I don't like talking on the phone.... Delivery driver was very polite and made sure I had everything with my order. Would Definitely order from here again. Read more
If you can not pick up your order, do not order from this place. I don't understand why they even offer the delivery option.... They do not answer the phone. According to the tracker, it took an hour to make my order. If and when it gets to me, it's gonnabe cold as hell!!! Don't do it to yourself, unless you want to be hungry with a headache.
