It?s a no for me. If you wanna wait 2hrs for some cold food after paying for delivery and tipping then go ahead. Was not satisfied with my 2 pizza I ordered... bottom of the pizza are burnt im gonna say eventhough its not perfect it needs to... look a little decent! But it was not.. another slice pizza is on top on another sliced... and I did not order thin slice pizzabut they made it thin?! I ordered from them tonight. Deplorable service.DEPLORABLE! THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDNT DELIVER MY FOOD. I called them and they... answered and put me on hold for a whole hour back to back. They are thieves and I'll be reporting this location to the corporateoffices. The manager didn't even put it out for delivery and should be fired. FIRED!! Just close down this store. I get people are still not working because of the pandemic, but this store has a customer service... issue. They gave us pizza where the dough was bad. It was tough and had a discoloration that you could clearly see. The doughwas flat, another indication something was wrong with it. You could smell the dough, but they thought that was ok to give acustomer. I wrote to corporate first because I knew it would be issues calling the store. I was right. When we called they putus on hold and said the manager was busy. 10 minutes later still on hold, he comes back and says, can we call back in 30minutes. We call back and they put us on hold before we can even say anything. Then after that, theu just stop answering. Closethis store, don't allow this manager to work at another. Read more

Great place to eat, with current staff. The pizza is served hot and to perfection. My family and I have patronized them for... about 5 years. Delivery is prompt with a very courteous delivery staff. Besides the pizza I highly recommend the pastaprimavera, with or without onions. Make your preferences known, they do accommodate. Great place for a quick meal Read more
I ordered a large thin crust pizza w/ pineapple, spinach & mushrooms well done. The pizza arrived in a timely manner and it was... hot. But, it was also burnt, everyone grabbed slices and began eating, when we began to taste the burnt crust was horrible. Mindyou this is how I always order my pizza. I called in and spoke with a very nasty supervisor who told me I had to bring back anuntouched pizza in order to receive a refund, which I didn't want. The kids and I wanted a Pizza. Her customer service washorrible. There was no way to know the pizza was burnt until we actually bit it. We also had it delivered, therefore it's not acar here at the present. It's 3:29 Monday the 88th of November. The supervisor this day has no customer service experience andwe're stuck with a burnt pizza that no one wants. At this point I do want my $$ back so that I can order my grandchildren a goodpizza. I will be calling corporate. What happened to the customer is always right. That's the motto for my buisness.
