I'm not a complainer but this has to be said. I use to love churches chicken but after this last visit to this location I'm good... on coming back. Everything I ordered was nasty an gusting the chicken was cooked in burnt grease not to mention it had noseasonings at all I had to come home an reseason it, the sodas was flat the biscuits was not buttered an nasty as well, someonewas in the store arguing about the Mac an cheese being spoiled an wanted a refund. The food we got was decent, but cold, and we were also skimped on the meal. They were out of the drinks we ordered and no sauce... (which was likely due to short supply) but we were missing basically half of our meal. I had ordered a feed 4 family feast andwe got the 3 pieces of dark meat and 3 pieces of white meat but missing all of the tenders. We also got two mashed potato sideswhen we had ordered one mash and one Mac n cheese. Overall, for nearly 40 dollars it felt like a weak effort from the ?down homepeople? at Church?s. Great chicken and service, but out of sauces!!! 5 stars for giving me a small side container of their smokey chicken sauce.... Church's is also priced much better than KFC and Popeye's and much better chicken. Their mashed and gravy is the best anywhereand the crispy outside soft inside honey biscuits are second to none!
