Sat at the bar and had a great bartender named Melina. Ordered the Black Bean Burger for the first time and it was delicious.... Atmosphere was great. Wasnt too crowded. The drinks was good, my picture did not take. The food was good but I got my salad almost 10mins after my bestie. My salad ... was just alright. Nothing really special maybe because I got my food after my bestie asked for it. I've been working on mypatience ????The other food was good and she got her food while it was hot. They really need some.more servers and moretraining at this location. Also hair nets would be nice to see. I was seated at the bar and I could see in the kitchen. Acouple of the ladies was on there phones at the counter with gloves half way on or not at all. I never seen THEM change THEREGLOVES not even once. I even watch her touch food. Worst experience EVER! I ordered a simple Triple Dipper appetizer through Door Dash. My order was delivered timely, but the bag... wasn?t tied closed & when I pulled my food out, the plastic container wasn?t even closed properly! I ordered the honey chipotlecrispers, cheddar cheese bites & southwest egg rolls. Pretty basic appetizer combo. It looked as though they poured the honeychipotle sauce over the chicken once it was in the container. Of course everything was swimming in honey chipotle sauce! Thebottom of every cheese curd & the egg rolls both had sauce all over the bottom of them! To make matters WORSE, the last honeychipotle crisper I attempted to eat was SO UNDERCOOKED, it practically bit me back! Now I?m PRAYING I don?t get seriously sickfrom this garbage!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! Staff very friendly. Food was ok just took about 25 minutes to get food. Place was unclean. I went to the ladies room. Dirty. As... i left the empty tables all had trash or leftover food. A hour later i went to ladies room and no one picked up the trash on thetables. Some staff was just sitting around and not doing anything. There were plenty to do. The carpet was dirty as well. Pleasantly surprised how extremely friendly the employees were at this particular location. I was staying at the hotel behind... Chili's and decided to order lunch for pick up. Placed my order and as soon as I was done, it said food would be ready in 5minutes. So I headed over there. The minute I walked in, both women at the front greeted me and asked if I was picking up ordining in. As I answered, 1 of them asked for my name and immediately said she would bring it out and got me my drink order. Athird lady walked in and asked if I've been helped and a fourth lady asked me if I needed anything while I waited. All were verynice and had very genuine smiles. Food was very good and temperature perfect! I will definitely return when my job assigns mehere again. Read more
Horrible service. Wait times are fine, understandable at this point, but after waiting for 45 minutes. I had to ask after a... customer came in after me got seated. They stayed they called. I said that's fine. After being seated. 15 min went by beforesomeone took my order. Another 30 went by before I got my drink. Lord knows I'm not even hungry at this point and would ratherbe home. On top of all this the hostess could not stop chewing on her finger nails to even answer a question. This is disgusting Read more
